A former lawyer with an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development, Thomas draws on over 15 years international experience in corporate sustainability, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement. His work has spanned sustainability strategy development and deployment, reporting, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement and fields as varied as environmental management, workplace health and wellbeing, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, local community engagement. In the sphere of thought leadership, Thomas' assignments have also focused on the future of work and population ageing. A keen advocate of stakeholder engagement and the role of research-based expertise, he has convened and moderated roundtables in Europe, North and South America, India and Singapore, liaising with business executives, not-for-profits, policy makers, across faculties from over 30 universities worldwide. A dual French and British citizen with connections to Latin America living in the Helsinki region, Thomas is a Fellow of the UK Royal Society of Arts and enjoys working in English, French and Spanish.
