Hollolan Viilu ja Laminaatti Oy is a Finnish family company founded in 1994. The company currently operates two factories in Hollola Finland, where veneers are processed, and half-products are manufactured mainly for the woodworking industry. HVL operates primarily in the Finnish market, but our volume of exports is steadily increasing. As a result of qualified staff and modern production equipment, HVL can produce high quality half-products for the woodworking industry while maintaining a consistent reliability of delivery. Hollolan Viilu ja Laminaatti Oy was awarded the woodworking company of the year -award in 2018 by Puuteollisuusyrittäjät Ry.
Sustainability and ethical production methods are core values in HVL’s operations. Most common wood species in production are FSC®-certified, which guarantees that the raw material has been sourced from a well-maintained forest. Additionally, both of our factories use 100% renewable energy.
Alongside Finland’s largest supply of natural veneers, HVL also distributes CWP Coloured Wood Products Oy’s through-dyed veneers, Forbo Furniture Linoleum, and Arpa Industriale’s high pressure laminates. HVL’s large collection of architectural materials guarantees a high-quality finish to both traditional and contemporary installations, thus ensuring a cohesive aesthetic for all spaces.
